We collect only what is required to provide and secure the service:
- Email address and subscription orders (via SureCart)
- Payment details processed by Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay (we never store full card numbers)
- HWID (Hardware ID) from our software – used solely to bind your license
- Support data you submit via tickets or forms (e.g. HWID, logs)
- Analytics data via Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics 4 (anonymized, server-side)
- SureCookie to manage your cookie consent.
2. Data Storage & Retention
All data is stored in Germany on Hetzner servers.
Purchase and license data is kept while your account is active plus 180 days.
Support tickets are deleted at account closure.
Cookie consent records are kept for 12 months.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data.
We only share with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google)
- Cloudflare (for security and CDN)
- Google (anonymized analytics only)
- Legal authorities if required by EU/UK law
4. Your Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)
You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, or withdraw consent at any time.
