Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use ninjahackz.com, docs.ninjahackz.com, the NinjaHackz app and our support services (together, the “Services”), and when you buy a plan from us. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

NinjaHackz is a brand of EGM SOFTWARE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10846809, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean EGM SOFTWARE LTD.

2. Accepting these Terms and age requirements

You accept these Terms when you complete checkout, where you must tick a required box confirming that you are 18 or older and agree to them, or when you use the Services. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the Services.

You must be 18 or older to buy a plan. Users aged 16 or 17 may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who must make the purchase and is responsible for that use. The Services are not for anyone under 16.

3. What we provide

NinjaHackz is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Valve Corporation or any anti-cheat provider.

4. Your account

Checkout creates an account using your email address. Keep your login details secure and your email address up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Taxes. Where tax such as VAT applies, it is calculated for your location and shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.

Payment processors. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets shown at checkout) through our SureCart store, or by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.

Statement descriptor. Card payments appear on your bank or card statement as “NH GAME MODS”. This identifies a payment to NinjaHackz / EGM SOFTWARE LTD.

Lifetime plan. A Lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew. It gives you access for the lifetime of the product, meaning for as long as we offer and support the NinjaHackz CS2 product. It is not a promise that the product will be offered indefinitely, and it does not refer to your lifetime. If we decide to stop offering and supporting the CS2 product, we will give Lifetime customers reasonable advance notice by email.

6. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically. When you buy a Weekly, Monthly, 3-Month or 6-Month plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method the plan price at the start of each new billing period (every week, month, 3 months or 6 months) until you cancel.

What happens when you cancel. Future billing stops. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then access ends. Cancelling does not refund the current period. A cancellation cannot be undone; to come back, buy a new plan. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date, which is shown under Plans on your dashboard.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription becomes past due and your licence is suspended, so the app will not work until the payment succeeds. We may retry the payment automatically and email you to update your payment method, which you can do on your dashboard. If payment is still not received after the retry period, the subscription is cancelled automatically and you will need to buy a new plan to regain access.

Duplicate subscriptions. Check Plans on your dashboard before buying again. You are responsible for not buying a second subscription while one is active.

7. Delivery and your 14-day right to cancel

The app and your licence key are digital content. Delivery takes place as soon as your payment succeeds and your licence key is issued. The key and download are then available on your account dashboard (Downloads → CS2 Cheat), and we email you a confirmation with the key, usually within seconds. The email download link expires after 3 days; the dashboard download does not.

Your 14-day right to cancel. Under UK and EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins, but only if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose the right. At checkout, you give this consent and acknowledgement by ticking the required box above the Purchase button. By ticking it, you confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins. If you do not tick it, you cannot complete the purchase. Once you have ticked it and delivery has begun, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. This does not affect the refunds described in section 9 or your other statutory rights, including your rights if the digital content is faulty.

8. Your licence

Licence grant. When you buy a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the NinjaHackz app for your own use while your plan is active, in line with these Terms.

One device. Each licence key allows one activation (one device) at a time. Activating the key binds it to that device. To move to another PC, delete the old activation under Dashboard → Downloads → CS2 Cheat → your key → Activations, then activate on the new PC.

Online checks. The app needs an internet connection. It validates your key and regularly checks in with our licence server. If those checks fail, the app may stop working until it can reconnect.

No sharing. Your licence is for you alone. Do not give, lend, sell, resell or publish your licence key or account login, and do not let anyone else use your licence on their device. Repeatedly moving a licence between devices belonging to different people also counts as sharing. Sharing can lead to the licence being deactivated without a refund.

Updates. Download the app and its updates only from your account dashboard. Copies from any other source are not supported and may be unsafe.

9. Refunds

When you can get a refund. You can get a refund on your first-ever order with NinjaHackz, including a Lifetime plan or a trial, if you ask within 48 hours of the time of purchase. If you have ordered from us before, even years ago, any later order is a repeat order and is not refundable. A paid order placed after a trial counts as a repeat order.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • renewals of a recurring plan, or any repeat order;
  • billing mistakes, including buying a second subscription while one is active;
  • the app not working because your PC does not meet the published system requirements;
  • game bans or other account penalties (see section 11).

CS2 updates. CS2 update outages are covered by the licence extension in section 12, not by a refund.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.

10. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, we will revoke your licence and end any active subscription. If the dispute is withdrawn or decided in our favour, contact support and we will review whether access can be restored. We may share order, delivery, activation and usage records with our payment processors and your bank to respond to the dispute.

11. Game risks, anti-cheat and fair use

Ban risk. Using third-party software with online games may break the game’s or platform’s rules and can lead to bans or other penalties on your game or Steam account. You use NinjaHackz at your own risk.

Where to use it. We do not recommend using NinjaHackz on VAC-secured servers. Use it in local matches, for training, or on servers that allow mods.

Other anti-cheat. NinjaHackz does not support FACEIT or similar third-party anti-cheat, which must be closed before you run the app.

No refunds for bans. We are not responsible for bans, lost items, lost accounts or other penalties, and these are not refunded.

12. Game updates and availability

13. Antivirus warnings

Some antivirus software may flag the app. This is usually a false positive caused by the way the app works with the game, and because the app is not code-signed. Only download the app from your account dashboard; if you are unsure about a file, download a fresh copy from there and contact support.

14. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • share, resell or publish your licence key, account or the app;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, modify, crack or redistribute the app, or bypass its licence checks;
  • use the Services to break the law or to harass or harm others;
  • interfere with our website, licence servers or other customers;
  • use the Services after we have suspended or terminated your access.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, share your licence, or open a chargeback. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You may stop using the Services and cancel your plan at any time.

16. Support

17. Reviews

After your order, we may email you asking for an honest review. Reviews must reflect your real experience.

18. Disclaimer

Apart from the promises in these Terms and your statutory rights, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

19. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for game or platform bans or penalties, or for business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the Services or the law. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

21. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
